Albert Barnes

Praise ye the Lord - See the notes at Psalm 146:1.

Praise ye the Lord from the heavens - On the part of the heavens. Let those who dwell in heaven begin the song.

Praise him in the heights - All that are in the heights; to wit, in the highest parts of the universe, or the heavens.

Ellen G. White
Testimonies for the Church, vol. 6, 109

“Praise ye the Lord from the heavens:
Praise Him in the heights.
Praise ye Him, all His angels:
Praise ye Him, all His hosts.
Praise ye Him, sun and moon:
Praise Him, all ye stars of light.”

Psalm 127:1; 146:1-3; Psalm 148:1-3. 6T 109

The establishing of churches and the erection of meetinghouses and school buildings was extended from city to city.
